Membership Terms

Proposed conditions for CEPI membership applications and professional status.

This policy is a review draft and is not legal advice. CEPI must obtain approval from qualified Indian counsel before production release.

Application review

Submission does not guarantee approval. CEPI may verify qualifications, identity, ethics commitments and supporting information before making a decision.

Member obligations

Approved members must keep their information current, follow CEPI's code of conduct, comply with renewal requirements and avoid misleading claims about their status.

Suspension and revocation

CEPI may suspend or revoke status where information is false, requirements are no longer met or conduct risks professional or public trust, subject to the approved process.
