Data Requests

A proposed process for privacy and personal-information requests.

This policy is a review draft and is not legal advice. CEPI must obtain approval from qualified Indian counsel before production release.

Submit a request

Email info@cepiglobal.org with the subject Data Request and describe the access, correction, withdrawal or deletion request. Do not email sensitive identity documents unless CEPI asks through a secure channel.

Identity verification

CEPI may request proportionate information to confirm that the requester is the person concerned or an authorized representative.

Response handling

CEPI will acknowledge requests, assess applicable legal and operational obligations, and explain the outcome or any information that must be retained.
